January Home and Garden Show
McKEOWN INC. & Glacier Pools LLC will partner up at the Maricopa County Home and Garden Show
from January 10-12, 2003. The show, which is located at the Arizona State Fair Grounds, is an excellent
way to learn about the latest about gardening in the valley. Be sure and stop by our booth (#382 and
#384) located in the Agricultural Building to meet our design staff.

Design Center
McKEOWN INC. will soon be calling Peoria home. McKEOWN just purchased a new property at 80th
Ave and Thunderbird. Plans include the developement of a premier landscape design center
and new Corporate Headquarters. Groundbreaking is scheduled for the fisrt of the year.

Golf Tournament a Success
McKEOWN INC. hosted the 7th Annual Home Builders Golf Tournament on
Friday October 25, 2002. This years tournament was held at the Mountain
Shadows Marriott Resort and Golf Club. Pictures of the event are now

7th Annual Golf Tournament
McKEOWN INC. will be hosting the 7th Annual Home Builders Golf Tournament on
Friday October 25, 2002. This years tournament will be held at the Mountain
Shadows Marriott Resort and Golf Club. Participants will be competing in
a four person best ball format for many wonderful prizes.

Home and Landscape Show
McKEOWN INC. & Glacier Pools LLC will partner up at the Maricopa County Home and Landscape Show
from May 4-6, 2002. The show, which is located at the Arizona State Fair Grounds, is an excellent
way to learn about the latest in home and landscaping needs. Be sure and stop by our booth (#183 and
#185) located in the Agricultural Building to meet our design staff.

Trade Partner Survivor-Scape
McKEOWN INC. participated in the Shea Homes Trade Partners event in Kiwanas park in Tempe with
our rendition of "Survivor-Scape."
Participants dove into a disgusting bucket of goop to find their lane for the three-legged race.
At the end of the course, the teams built pyramids from controller boxes and finished the
competition by planting a flower in a 5 gallon container. Thanks to Shea Homes for hosting
this great team building event.

Online Package System
McKEOWN INC. officially launches it's new package database which will work in conjunction
with the new JMS Online project manager. New packages are continually being added, with
a projection of 100% online by Q3 2002.
The JMS Online system is expected to be fully integrated by Q1 2003.

McKEOWN INC. and Glacier Pools LLC shared a booth at the Maricopa County Home and Garden Show. We saw a lot of people and had a great time. There were even balloons for the kids!
